Being part of LCP’s team is an exciting, stimulating and demanding experience. Here are a few views from our people in a variety of roles, to give a flavour of what it’s like to be part of LCP Consulting.

Consultant

Working for LCP has given me the chance to develop my skills quickly with new and testing situations. The level and type of exposure has made me push myself but I have never felt unsupported through my role. Since joining LCP I have been part of a variety of projects, each with new developments and challenges.

The strong team nature of the varied projects I've worked on has consistently shown the client a strong value-add financially and through process changes. This has given satisfaction to the client and LCP.

Principal Consultant

I have worked for LCP for the last 3 years. It’s great to deliver results for clients. Listening and working with the client is key to success.

I have led and worked on a number of projects with household names to deliver benefits to their business. We have provided them with the support to make business decisions and enabled the client to make faster decisions based on our experience and focus.

The best part of the project is being appreciated by the client for delivering the result - it always makes the hard work feel worthwhile.

Consultant

I joined LCP in October 2000 having first been introduced to them while doing my MSc at Cranfield University. Working for LCP is about always striving to achieve more and the reward is really when you see the ideas and solutions you’ve helped develop, implemented and operating successfully.

I've worked on projects from designing supply chain strategies, to developing analytical tools, to implementing S&OP practices - all in a wide variety of differing countries and cultures.

We work in a pressured environment, our clients expect results, and we deliver often in a short space of time. The key difference with LCP is that even with this pressure, you never feel unsupported, and the quality of the people I work with on a daily basis is second to none. It’s these things that make working for LCP on projects fun, challenging and exciting.

Central Services Manager

In Central Services we support the consultants in all their administrative requirements.

We’re based in Ashlyns where no two days are the same. With varied projects and requests, our work is very varied, sometimes demanding, often challenging but very rewarding, enjoyable and satisfying.

Senior Consultant

To enjoy working at LCP, you must enjoy working within the supply chain.

We have many specialists from within the supply chain arena who are passionate about their field of expertise and enjoy sharing this knowledge with both clients and colleagues. As a senior consultant, my task is to challenge current practice and satisfy our clients demands.

The reward for me is to work with a fantastic team of people and an impressive list of blue chip clients. To see the multi-million pound impact that our work helps our clients to achieve creates a genuine buzz of excitement.
